Uniform Custodial Trust Act

by EP Attorney | May 5, 2021

A law created in some states makes it easy to create a trust for a minor or adult beneficiary without the need for a complex trust document. This type of trust is normally used for a disabled beneficiary. An adult beneficiary may be terminated at any time.
